Terms and Conditions: The promoter is The Cruise and Travel Guy (“Promoter”).

This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

Eligibility

- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

- Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

Participants must submit an original answer in 25 words or less to the following question:

“What’s your ultimate cruise karaoke/power ballad song — and why?”

- Only one entry per person will be accepted on Facebook OR Instagram. An additional bonus entry can be submitted via The Cruise and Travel Guy website.

- Entries must be received by 1:00pm Friday 22 May 2026 AEST.

- Entries must be submitted via the official giveaway post on the Promoter’s social media channels.

Giveaway Period

- The giveaway commences at 5:00pm Monday 18 May 2026 AEST and closes at 1:00pm Friday 22 May 2026 AEST.

Judging

- All valid entries will be judged individually on creativity, originality, and skill.

- The five (5) most creative entries, as determined by the judges, will each win a prize.

- Judging will take place in Sydney, New South Wales on Friday 22 May 2026.

- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Details

Each winner will receive one (1) double pass to Power Ballad.

- Individual prize value: approximately AUD $40

- Total prize pool: approximately AUD $200

- Total prizes: 5 double passes

Ticket Conditions

- Valid from 28 May 2026 at participating Australian cinemas.

- Not valid on public holidays, cinema discount days, or Fridays/Saturdays after 5:00pm.

- Not valid for mobile or online ticketing.

- Not valid for Village Cinemas Gold Class, Junior, VMAX, Event Junior, 3D, Gold Class, VMAX, Event IMAX, boutique, premium seating concepts, special events, group bookings, Q&A screenings, or 3D glasses.

- Subject to seat availability.

- Voucher must be surrendered upon redemption.

- Not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

- Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

- Check local cinema websites for session times and participating locations.

Winner Notification

- Winners will be notified by private message via the social media platform, or email, within five (5) business days of judging.

General Conditions

- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

- The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

- If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

- By entering, participants grant the Promoter permission to repost or reference their entry and first name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
